Description

Progressive stamping is a method of feeding sheet metal in coil or metal strip form between an upper and lower die containing multiple stations. Each successive operation at the workstation produces one or more features by cutting, punching/bending sheet metal to the desired shape.

CJ Metal Parts Ltd. has the capability and expertise to produce small to high volume production runs of metal stamping components with our stamping machine ranging from 25 to 300 tons.

Our factory specialize in progressive stamping, small precision stamped components thin as 0.1mm to medium size thick as 8mm in different shapes to complex forms. Max length of our precision stamping is 1.2m.

The raw material we normally use for progressive stamping is brass, copper alloy, phosphor bronze, white copper, stainless steel, aluminium alloy.

We design and develop progressive stamping die in-house and also offer in-die hardware nut insertion to eliminate secondary assembly operations. When a progressive stamping die finished, we’ll process to pilot run production to trial the stamping tooling. It can fix the strip into an appropriate position and maintain control over it.
