Established in 2013 with ISO9001 certified, CJ Metal Parts Ltd. is engaging in the development of precision metal products, precision mold design and manufacturing.
We have around 150 people and with equipment of 15 sets automatic lathes, 10 sets CNC machining center, 30 sets secondary processing machines, 25 sets stamping machines.

Our quality control processing:
We control quality throughout the entire process.
For example: Engineer analysis, sampling, IQC to control the quality of incoming, IPQC to control the production process and OQC to control quality of outgoing goods, goods will be 100% inspected before shipment.
We gurantee the quality with full inspection equipment such as 2D coordinate, Projector, Hardness tester, Salty spray testing machine, etc.

1. How can we know the quality of the stamping mold?
We’ll send you samples for testing, and besides, we’ll make a small trial order to test the stability of the mold before mass production.
2. Who owns the stamping mold?
The customers are ownership of the stamping mold because they paid the mold cost.
3. What if we reject your samples, however, we already paid you stamping tooling?
Payment terms for tooling are 50% prepaid, the rest 50% after samples are approved by you.
If samples are not ok and reject by your side, we will amend the tooling and resend samples for free.
If the quality of the samples is still not ok, we will return the 50% tooling cost to you.
4. Are you available to send us some samples similar to our products to check your quality?
Sure, we can send you some samples which are similar to your products, so you can check our quality without producing stamping tooling at the beginning of the project.
