Located in Dongguan, China, CJ Metal Parts Ltd. is an ISO 9001 certified factory which is engaged in the development of precision metal products, precision mold design, and manufacturing.
We supply customized CNC milling service, CNC turning service, Auto-lathing service, Sheet metal Stamping fabrication, Design and production of precision stamping tooling, and we can offer assembling services such as riveting, welding, and threading.
Established in 2013 with experienced engineering, we can offer cost-effective metal solutions from the beginning of the project. |

What Raw Material We Use:
Our products are mostly made of metal aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel, copper, bronze, etc, which is ROHS and REACH complied.
The hardware parts we produced such as Beryllium contact pin, Copper contact, Brass body, Shielding case, Precision brass components, aluminium machined components, Stainless steel turned parts are all customized or OEM/ODM, welcome to send us your drawings or samples for quoting.

With so many years of development, we have customers in Czech, Netherlands, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, USA, and Mexico.
They are mostly in the fields of electronics, electrical appliances, Instrument and Equipment, Auto parts, communication devices, furniture hardware, medical equipment, smart home and so on.
For example, The custom hardware parts we offered are used in PCB assembly, lighting fittings, surge protection devices, Audio parts, transformer and switches, coffee machines, household appliances and so on.
Our Team:
There is a total of 150 people in our factory. 6 engineers including 2 with 20+ years of experience, 2 with 10+ experience, and 2 with less than 10 years. 7 quality control people including 2 IQC and 2 IPQC and 3 OQC. 10 salesperson including 3 in domestic sales and 7 overseas sales.

Our Assembly Line and Post-processing:
We’re an one-stop factory who can provide the assembly service. With riveting machines, welding machines in house, we have rich experience on pressing rivets, welding contacts for sheet metal fabrication parts or other hardware components. For example, we can riveting fasteners, rivets, PEM nuts, can welding silver contacts for copper connectors or brass connectors.
With tape and reel packing machine in house, we can packing the beryllium contact pin, Tin-plate shielding case or other PCB assembly components in tape & reel package so that customers can use them in automatic-line.
With rich experience on surface finishing, we can outsource finishing for customers, for example, we have stable supplier who specialize in electroplating, anodizing for aluminium precision components, powdering for steel components, painting, polishing, passivation and other surface treatment.
We’re capable to sticking the protective film to sheet metal components. |

We have full sets of inspection equipment including 2D coordinate, Projector, Hardness tester, Height tester, Salty spray tester, etc,
Our quality control process is from the beginning of the project to the shipping end, For example, Engineering analysis, raw material incoming inspection, first article inspection, inspection during production (IPQC), inspection before shipment.
