Feb 08, 2023

Technical requirements for bearings during NC machining.
1. The assembled rolling bearing is allowed to be heated with oil for hot assembly, and the oil temperature shall not exceed 100 ° C.
2. The semicircle hole and bearing cover of the bearing outer ring and open bearing seat are not allowed to jam.
3. The bearing outer ring shall be in good contact with the semi-circular hole of the open bearing seat and the bearing cover. When checking the color, it should be within the range of 120 ° symmetrical with the center line of the bearing seat and 90 ° symmetrical with the center line of the bearing cover. Even contact. When checking with a feeler gauge within the above range, the 0.03mm feeler gauge shall not be inserted into 1/3 of the outer ring width.
4. After assembly, the bearing outer ring should be in uniform contact with the bearing cover end face at the locating end.
5. After the rolling bearing is installed, it should rotate flexibly and smoothly by hand.
6. The joint surface of the upper and lower bearing bushings shall be closely fitted and cannot be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge.
7. When fixing the bearing bushing with locating pins, the pin shall be drilled, reamed and distributed when the joint surface and end face of the ceramic tile are flush with the opening and closing surface and end face of the relevant bearing hole. Do not loosen the pin after it is inserted.
8. The contact between the bearing body and the bearing seat of the spherical bearing shall be uniform, and the contact by coloring method shall not be less than 70%.
9. The alloy bearing sleeve is not allowed to be used when the surface is yellow. Nucleation is not allowed in the specified contact angle. The area of the nucleus outside the contact angle shall not exceed 10% of the total area of the non-contact area.
