We have strict control the quality process from the beginning of project to the shipping end, For example, raw material incoming inspection, First article inspection, inspection during production (IPQC), inspection before shipment.

Below you can check how we control quality step by step.

A) Engineer Management: it involves customer requirement, technology or process analysis, quality plan, tooling or die design, prototype trialing, technical adjustment, sample approve.

B) Production Management: In this part, it including production quality plan, incoming management, working guide, Products self-check, anomaly analysis, machine adjust or mold repair, change work method, redone, measurement and confirm, quality record, cosmetic check, packing and storage.

C) Storage management: this is involved by finished products storage and shipping management.

D) Quality guarantee: It involves every link from sample preparation to mass production such as IQC and IPQC management, 100% inspection before shipping to customer. The complete quality equipment is the foundation.

1. How can we know the quality of the stamping mould?

Samples off tooling will be sent customer for testing, a small trial order can test the stability of the mould before mass production.

2. What if we reject your samples, however we already paid you stamping tooling?

Payment terms for tooling is 50% prepaid, the rest 50% after samples approved from you.

Tooling cost back to you If samples are not ok and reject by your side, .
