Technical requirements for assembly of CNC machining parts
1. When assembling the hydraulic system, it is allowed to use sealing filler or sealant, but it should be prevented from entering the system.
2. The parts (including purchased parts and outsourced parts) entering the assembly can only be assembled with the certificate of the inspection department.
3. The parts must be cleaned before assembly, without burr, flash, scale, rust, debris, oil, colorant and dust.
4. Before assembly, check the main matching dimensions of the parts, especially the interference fit dimensions and related accuracy.
5. Parts shall not be knocked, collided, scratched or corroded during assembly.
6. When assembling the taper pin, it shall be painted and inspected with holes. Its contact rate shall not be less than 60% of the matching length and shall be evenly distributed.
7. The number of tooth surfaces that the spline assembly contacts at the same time shall not be less than 2/3, and the contact rate of the spline tooth in the direction of length and height shall not be less than 50%.
8. After the flat key (or spline) with sliding fit is assembled, the corresponding parts can move freely with uneven elasticity.
9. Before assembly, the burr, burr and chamfer at the end of all pipes shall be removed. Use compressed air or other methods to remove debris and floating rust attached to the inner wall of the pipe.
10. Before assembly, all steel pipes (including prefabricated pipes) must be degreased, pickled, neutralized, cleaned and rust-proof.
11. During assembly, screw down the fixed parts of pipe clamp, bracket, flange and joint to prevent loosening.
