The Influence Of CNC System On CNC Parts

Feb 05, 2021

With the continuous improvement of modern technology, numerical control technology is continuously affecting everything in daily life in various forms. The daily operation situation is inseparable from various numerical control technologies, which profoundly affects all kinds of closely related industries. According to the production experience of CNC parts manufacturers, in order to make a high-quality CNC part, it needs to deepen its use performance through relevant technological means, and promote the development of the mold industry and the equipment industry. The current era has always been in the digital age, so most parts and configurations must use these technologies to enhance its functions and characteristics.

What is the numerical control system of CNC parts? According to the control program stored in the computer memory, a special computer system that performs part or all of the numerical control functions, and is equipped with an interface circuit and a servo drive device. Through the use of digital instructions composed of numbers, characters and symbols to realize the action control of one or more mechanical equipment, it usually controls the position, angle, speed and other mechanical quantities and switch quantities. Numerical control systems and related automation products are mainly matched with numerically-controlled machine tools. The CNC machine tool is a mechatronic product formed by the penetration of new technology represented by the CNC system into the traditional machinery manufacturing industry: the machine tool equipped with the CNC system greatly improves the accuracy, speed and efficiency of parts processing. This kind of numerical control working machine is one of the important material foundations of national industrial modernization. The concept of numerical control is to convert the requirements of the machined parts, such as shape and size, into numerical data command signals and send them to the electronic control device, which controls and drives the movement of the machine tool to process the parts. In traditional manual machining, these processes need to be manually manipulated by the machine. It is difficult to meet the processing requirements of complex parts, especially for parts with multiple varieties and small batches, which have low processing efficiency and poor accuracy. As NC becomes an important equipment for mechanical automation processing, unified terminology, technical requirements, symbols and graphics are required between management and operation, that is, a unified standard, in order to carry out worldwide technical exchanges and trade. The development of NC technology has formed a number of international standards: ISO International Standards Organization standards, IEC International Electrotechnical Commission standards and EIA American Electronics Industry Association standards. The earliest established standards include the coordinate axis and movement direction of NC machine tools, the code characters of NC machine tools, the program segment format of NC machine tools, preparation functions and auxiliary functions, the size of CNC paper tape, and the terminology of CNC. The establishment of these standards has regulated and promoted the development of NC technology.
