We’re so happy that we finished the order of powder coated steel cover from one of our Europe customer, who is in the field of LED lighting. Recently we’ve booked the shipment and forwarder already picked up the cargoes of this sheet metal stamped cover.
Our customer call this sheet metal stamping products steel cover, but it more looks like long steel frame which is made of cold rolled steel (SPCC), after stamping forming, it powder coated black or white.
We work with this customer of developing this long metal cover from prototype to mass production, prototypes are produced by laser cutting - bending. While to save cost and to make this long products more straight, we suggest customer to produce them by precision stamping mold and they did. It proves to be a correct decision to produce by stamping tooling. This long steel cover which has length of 1.2m, is produced very straight and with good and stable quality.
Because of the stable quality of this long cover, customer developed different length which is 560mm long and 840mm long and all ordered from us, and now shipped together with the long one.
