To make metal prototype come true, we have engineers help with design, and also we have suitable machine and equipment to produce the prototype, for example, laser cutting, bending machine and CNC machining machine.
Here comes the example.
A new USA customer who is in the filed of printer, they inquiry a whole metal body frame which is made of cold rolled steel and powder coated on surface. we’re successful to help customer modify the designing by solidworks and finally we’re successful to prototyping for them.
At the beginning of this metal body frame inquiry, customer concerns that whether we have mechanical engineers can help with design or not. And yes, we have mechanical engineers who focus on the implementability and feasibility of customer's design in the production processing. When necessary, they will make small modification for the purpose of more implementable and more cost-saving.
After several months of communication, modifying on design and quoting, customer ordered a sample to test the design and test our quality as well.
We did this sheet metal fabrication job very well, customer satisfied by checking the photo and approved the shipping.
We’re going to ship the sample before 8th, July.
We believe this project will go on very well and customer will order more cold rolled steel body housing with us.
