The main features of stamping parts
The main features of stamping parts, stamping parts are mainly metal or non-metallic sheets, which are stamped with presses and stamping dies. It has the following characteristics:
(1) Under the premise of not consuming materials, the stamping parts produced are light in weight and good in rigidity, and after the plastic deformation of the plate, the internal structure of the metal is improved, which increases the strength of the stamping parts.
(2) Stamping parts have high dimensional accuracy, uniform size of the same module, and good interchangeability. Meets general assembly and use requirements without further processing.
⑶ During the stamping process, since the surface of the material is not damaged, it has good surface quality and a smooth and beautiful appearance, which provides convenient conditions for surface painting, electroplating, phosphating and other surface treatments.
Common problems of stamping parts
1. Adhesion and scratches: due to the poor friction between the material and the punch or die on the surface of the part or die;
2. Burr: mainly occurs in the shearing die and blanking die, and the edge gap is large or small, burr will occur;
3. Line offset: When the part is formed, the first part in contact with the mold is extruded and forms a line;
4. Concave and convex: There are foreign objects (iron, rubber, dust) mixed into the convex and concave of the open coil;
5. Twists and bends: The corners or embossed parts of the parts are bent or strained due to uneven force, poor fit of the tie bars or poor control of the pressure plate;
6. Wrinkle: The edge or the r part is wrinkled due to the poor adjustment of the press slider, the low precision of the press, the improper adjustment of the air pressure, the punch or the r part.
7. Other specific problems of stamping parts: In daily production, there will be situations where the size of the punching hole is large or small (may exceed the specification) and the size is quite different. Factors such as material gap, but also from the following aspects to consider and solve.
(1) The cutting edge is worn, the tensile stress of the material increases, the stamping parts are turned, and the distortion tends to increase. When punching a hole, the punched hole size becomes smaller.
(2) The strong pressure on the material causes plastic deformation of the material, which will cause the size of the punching hole to become larger. And reduce the pressure, the punching size will be smaller.
⑶ convex edge of the edge of the shape. Such as the end of the repair slope or arc, due to the reduction of blanking force, punching is not easy to produce material, twist, so punching size will become larger. And the punch end is flat (no slope or arc), the punching size will be relatively small.
