Main features of stamping parts
The main characteristics of stamping parts. The stamping parts mainly include metal or non-metallic plates, which are processed by pressing machines and stamping dies. They have the following characteristics:
(1) Stamping parts are produced with light weight and good rigidity under the premise of small material consumption. After plastic deformation of the sheet, the internal structure of the metal is improved to improve the strength of the stamping parts
(2) Stamping parts have high dimensional accuracy, uniform size module and better interchangeability. No further processing is required to meet the assembly and use requirements of the Assembly.
(3) In the stamping process, because the surface materials are not damaged, the stamping parts have good surface quality, smooth and beautiful appearance, which provides a convenient condition for surface treatment such as surface coating, electroplating, phosphating, etc.
Common problems of stamping parts
1. Adhesion and scratch: due to poor friction between materials and punch or mold parts or mold surfaces;
2. Burr: mainly occurs between the cutting die and blanking die, and there will be burrs on the edges between gaps or when the gap is large or small;
3. Line deviation: when the part is formed, the first part is extruded and forms a line in contact with the mold;
4. Convex and concave: mixed convex and concave of foreign matters (iron, glue, dust) in uncoiling belt;
5. Zigzag: R corner parts or embossed parts twist and turn due to uneven stress, mismatched pulling ribs or poor control pressure plate;
6. Wrinkle: due to poor adjustment of the pressing slider, low pressing accuracy, improper air pressure adjustment, punch or R part, etc., caused by the edge or R part of the wrinkle.
7. Other specific problems of stamping parts: In daily production, large size or small size (possibly exceeding the specification) punching and large size difference will be encountered. In addition to forming convex and concave die design dimensions, processing accuracy and blanking clearance, the following aspects should be considered to solve.
(1) The punching edge is worn, and the tensile stress increases with the increase of the material, and the stamping parts are turned, and the distortion tends to increase. When punching, the punching size will become smaller.
(2) The strong pressure of the material will deform the material plastically, which will cause the punching size to become larger. And reduce the pressure, the punching size will become smaller.
(3) The edge shape of a convex edge. For example, the end repair slope or arc, due to the reduction of blanking force, the punching is not easy to produce material and distortion, so the punching size will become larger. And the punch end is flat (no slope or arc), and the punching size will be relatively small.
