Square Nut

A square nut is a type of hardware fastener used to secure two pieces of material together via threaded bolts or screws. it has a four-sided shape with large surface area typically being equal in length and width, which resists tightening and loosening. There maybe round or chamfered corners depending on the application of the square nut. It also comes in various sizes, from small to large, which means it can be used for different applications depending on its size and strength requirements. Square nuts are normally used in furniture, metal channels, railroad and other indoor or outdoor applications.

B, we have capability to produce by profile extrusion tooling, then drilling- threading and electroplating.

C, CNC machining is also an option to produce this square nut, shortage: cost will be higher than the other 2 methods.
