During the processing of mechanical parts, in addition to processing operations, operators must always pay attention to their own safety protection. So when operating a machine tool, what aspects of safety should be paid attention to?
1. Before starting the CNC machining of mechanical parts, you must make preparations, carefully check whether the dress meets the requirements of machining work, remember to wear protective equipment such as work caps and gloves, remember to tie the collar tightly, and tie the cuffs and trouser legs. Great.
2. Check whether the equipment meets the normal working standards and whether the machine voltage is stable. The machine socket must be a triangular socket and the circuit requires a ground wire. Before starting work, perform an idling test run on the machine, and start work if there is no abnormality.
3. During the machining process, if you need to measure and inspect the machined parts, you should only touch them with your hands after the machine is stopped.
4. Do not touch with your hands during the operation of the machine tool at any time, nor can you use your hands to wrap gauze to polish the running parts, you must borrow certain equipment for polishing operations.
5. For abnormal conditions in the operation of the machine, timely inspection should be carried out to replace parts or add lubricating oil, and the machine tool should not be operated with diseases.
6. After the processing is completed, put the various walk-up handles in the neutral position. After get off work, you need to clean the machine tool and turn off the power.
There is another point to remember: in the process of CNC machining of mechanical parts, sometimes it is inevitable to encounter some deformed or eccentric parts that require machining. When machining such parts, the workpiece must be fixed with a flower plate mounting card. It is best to install protective covers during processing. Because of the irregular shape of this kind of parts, it is more difficult to process. When operating the CNC lathe, the machine should not run too fast, and work slowly to produce fine work.
