We're an professional metal parts manufacturer who offers CNC milling service, CNC turning service and service of metal stamping process.

We produce custom metal parts by CNC milling process since the year 2013, for example, this aluminium CNC milling prototype is made by 4 axis CNC milling.

We have equipment of 15 sets automatic lathes, 3 sets of CNC machining center machines including 3 axis and 4 axis, and 7 sets CNC turning machines. With these machines, we can make metal parts for customers as per their drawings or samples such as aluminium prototypes, aluminium enclosures, cnc milling prototypes, etc.

The machined raw material can be aluminium, brass, stainless steel, carbon steel, steel, copper, bronze, etc.

FAQ

Q: What do you need to provide a quote?
A: Please send us the drawing, but it is ok for us if you don't have the drawing, we accept the sample, and our experienced engineer could quote based on your samples.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A:  40% paid to start the mass production and 60% balance paid at the sight of copy of B/L.

Q: Do you inspect the finished products?
A: Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before storing in the finished goods warehouse.
