Brass, a type of alloy made of copper and zinc, is one of the easiest materials to be machined, especially compared to aluminum. Alloy C360 is the most machinable brass, which is called free-cutting brass. It boasts certain properties that make it a popular CNC machining material, including low friction, good corrosion resistance, excellent heat and electrical conductivity and superior machinability.

Brass can also be plated such as Ni plating, Tin plating, Zn plating, CuSnZn plating, Silver plating and Gold plating. These qualities make CNC machining brass parts excellent candidates for high-volume orders.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge if we have similar one, customized free samples can be offered in special condition.

Q: What the format drawings do you need?
A: We need 3D stp file or 2D PDF file. And please also share the material, quantity, surface finish, and other requirements for a better estimate.

Q. I have an idea for a new product, but don't know if it can be manufactured. Can you help?
